Scope​

After user verification of the enhanced Kanban board structure, update any other packages that are affected by the Kanban update, based on the system impact assessment from T04.

    • Release Workflow package (if RW needs updates)
    • Validator packages (if validators need updates)
    • Installer packages (if installers need updates)
    • Other packages identified in impact assessment

  • Depends on T01, T02, T03, T04 completion
  • Depends on T05 completion (Kanban package updated)
  • CRITICAL: Depends on user verification - this task should NOT start until user has verified the enhancement

Approach​

  1. Review Impact Assessment:

    • Review T04 impact assessment document
    • Identify all packages that need updates
    • Review required updates for each package
    • Prioritize updates based on impact assessment

  2. Update Each Package:

    • For each package identified in impact assessment:
      • Review current package implementation
      • Implement required updates
      • Update package documentation if needed
      • Test/verify updates

  3. Common Package Updates:

      • Update Step 7/8 (Kanban doc updates) if it parses board structure
