Scope​

After user verification of the enhanced Kanban board structure, update the Kanban package in the framework to include:

  1. Updated Kanban board template (from T03)
  2. Updated Kanban governance policy (from T02)
  3. Any other package components that need updates based on the enhancement

Package Updates Required:

  • Update Kanban governance policy
  • Update any related templates or guides
  • Update package documentation (README, etc.)
  • Ensure package is consistent with enhanced board structure
