Overview​

This board provides centralized visibility and prioritization for all open FRs (Feature Requests), BRs (Bug Reports), and UXRs (User Experience Research) in the AI Dev Kit project. It uses the same responsibility structure as the Kanban board but focuses on the intake and prioritization process.

Board Purpose:

  • Visibility - Clear view of all FR/BR/UXR priorities and status
  • Prioritization - Systematic approach to deciding what to work on next
  • Tracking - Complete lifecycle tracking from intake to completion
  • Integration - Links to individual documents and implementing tasks
