Build Plan​

  1. Normalize FR metadata (Code, Implementing Task).
  2. Ensure task doc has stable cross-links and release markers.
  3. Ensure Story checklist row includes task + FR links.
  4. Run release packaging to lock version anchor and changelog evidence.
  5. Validate all traceability invariants before closure.

Dependency Notes​

  • Requires canonical Story host path under Epic 2 Story 001.
  • Depends on FR-048 and task doc availability.
  • Uses RW release output as evidence anchor.

Rollback / Recovery Notes​

  • If checklist or FR linkage drifts, restore bidirectional links first, then rerun validation.
  • If release metadata is missing, re-open task status to IN PROGRESS, patch metadata, and re-run release workflow.

T15 Follow-up Delta Plan​

A subsequent IPW E2S01T15 should:

  1. Clone this package structure using ICW-E2S01T15-* filenames.
  2. Replace FR/task identifiers:
    • FR-048 -> FR-049
    • E2:S01:T14 -> E2:S01:T15
  3. Reuse identical validation matrix and failure-mode catalog.
  4. Capture new release markers (Version, Version Anchor) for T15 only.

Validation Checklist (Exit Criteria)​

  • Artifact wiring: host task references all three IPW docs.
  • FR/task/story links are bidirectional and resolve.
  • Task has release metadata fields populated.
  • Follow-up T15 delta is explicit and actionable without rediscovery.
  • Handoff section contains exact file list for next IPW run.

  1. Create:
