Scope​

Repository anchor task for FR-049: Enhanced kanban-completed.md with Timestamps and Recent Tasks Tracking.

This task implements the enhancement of kanban-completed.md to include:

  1. Completion Timestamps: Precise date/time for each task completion
  2. Recent Tasks Dashboard: Top 20 most recently completed tasks
  3. Agent Responsibility Assignment: Documentation Agent as ultimate responsible
  4. Workflow Integration: Standard update interface for all workflows

Implementation Plan​

Phase 1: Document Structure Enhancement​

  1. Update kanban-completed.md header with recent tasks section
  2. Define new task entry format with timestamps
  3. Create migration strategy for existing entries

Phase 2: Agent Responsibility Assignment​

  1. Update Documentation Agent responsibilities in AGENTS.md
  2. Define coordination patterns for other agents
  3. Create update protocols and validation

Phase 3: Workflow Integration​

  1. Update relevant workflow skills to invoke Documentation Agent
  2. Create standard update interface
  3. Implement validation and consistency checks

Phase 4: Migration and Testing​
