Scope​

Execute FR-032: gap analysis from RC=0 (development) toward a defined RC=1 (release candidate) state — current state inventory, RC criteria, prioritization review, missing work, and a concrete readiness roadmap for the dev-kit / frameworks as scoped in the FR.

Input​

Deliverable​

  • Gap analysis artifact(s) satisfying FR-032 functional requirements (state doc, RC=1 definition, gap list, roadmap).
  • Optional: MoSCOW adjustments on the Kanban board driven by findings (separate RW/UKW).

Acceptance Criteria​

  • AC1: FR-032 header lists Implementing Task → this document.
  • AC2: FR-032 FR-032.1–032.8 requirements mapped to completed deliverables or explicit deferrals.
  • AC3: Traceability: Story-001 checklist + fr-br-uxr-board row include | E5:S01:T32 for FR-032.

Dependencies​

May inform: Epic prioritization, FR-034/UKW scope (already implemented — reference only), release planning.

Approach​

  1. Capture current snapshot (epics, critical path, RC semantics).
  2. Define RC=1 checklist for this repository product surface.
  3. Produce gap matrix and prioritized recommendations; link out to new tasks if work is approved.
