Summary​

Updated all Kanban documentation throughout the repository to use the new Txx (2-digit) Task naming standard. This ensures consistency across all documentation, examples, and task references.

Changes Made​

1. Updated Task References in KB Documentation​

Epic 2, Story 2 Task Files:

  • Updated task dependency references from T001-T008 format to T01-T08 format
  • Updated task range references (e.g., "T001-T004" → "T01-T04")
  • Files updated:
    • T001-add-check-phase-step-12.md
    • T002-add-act-phase-step-13.md
    • T003-enhance-plan-phase.md
    • T004-enhance-do-phase.md
    • T005-create-pdca-templates-examples.md
    • T006-update-rw-workflow-yaml-docs.md

Epic 4, Story 3 Task Files:

  • Updated task range references in integration examples
  • Updated task lists from T001-T008 to T01-T08 format
  • Files updated:
    • T006-integration-examples.md

2. Updated Framework Documentation​

FR/BR Intake Guide:

  • Updated task number examples from T004 to T04
  • File: packages/frameworks/kanban/FR_BR_INTAKE_GUIDE.md

3. Task File Naming Convention​

Decision: Existing task files keep their current names (backward compatible)

  • No files renamed
  • Documentation updated to reflect that new tasks should use Txx format
  • Migration guide documents this decision

4. Documentation Consistency​

Verified:

  • All examples use Txx format
  • All task references in documentation use Txx format
  • Task file naming convention documented
  • Migration guide references updated
