Scope​

Test task created specifically to validate the UKW Agent's board cleanup functionality. This task will be marked as COMPLETE to trigger the board cleanup process and verify that completed tasks are properly removed from active MoSCOW sections.

Test Scenario:

  1. Add this task to "Should Have (S)" section on kboard.md
  2. Mark task status as COMPLETE
  3. Execute UKW workflow
  4. Verify task is removed from active section
  5. Confirm task is archived in kanban-completed.md

Acceptance Criteria​

Test Requirements​

  • Task appears in active MoSCOW section when TODO
  • Task is removed from active section when marked COMPLETE
  • Task is properly archived in kanban-completed.md
  • Board cleanup happens automatically during UKW execution
  • No regressions in existing UKW functionality

Validation Requirements​

  • Board cleanup preserves task information
  • Active sections contain only IN PROGRESS/TODO tasks after cleanup
  • Kanban-completed.md format is maintained
  • Board metadata updates correctly

Implementation Plan​

Step 1: Task Creation​

  • Create task document with test scope
  • Add to kboard.md "Should Have (S)" section
  • Update Story 6 task checklist

Step 2: Test Execution​

  • Mark task as COMPLETE
  • Execute UKW workflow
  • Monitor board cleanup process

Step 3: Validation​

  • Verify removal from active section
  • Confirm archival in kanban-completed.md
  • Check board consistency
