E9:S01:T04 – Align PM/Kanban chapter with ai-dev-kit canonical epics​

Input: Latest COMPREHENSIVE_CANONICAL_EST_STRUCTURE.md (core epics now 1-7, 8, 10, 18, 22, 23 and ordered chronologically); Kanban package docs.
Deliverable: PM/Kanban chapter draft that mirrors the ai-dev-kit Kanban package: sections per epic in the canonical order, each describing the need, responsibility/scope, and (where helpful) the first few stories.

Approach:

  1. Mirror the canonical epic order for the chapter narrative: Core Framework epics 1→2→3→4→5→6→7→8→10→18→22→23, then ancillary epics 9→11→12→13→14→15→16→17→19→20→21→24* (*24 only if permissions are an early need).
  2. For each epic: summarize why it exists (need/pain), its responsibility and scope, and list the first few canonical stories if they add clarity.
  3. Cross-reference the Kanban package where appropriate so the book points readers to the living templates.
  4. Highlight the SOP: adopt in chronological order, contextualize placeholders, and prune epics not relevant to the product.
